All Media Gallery
We host eleven juried shows in the All Media Gallery on the first floor. The receptions are always the second Friday of the month. In Petersburg that's "Friday for the Arts".
The "Call for Entries" is the Saturay( 10 AM - 4 PM), Monday, 10 AM - 5 PM and Tuesady 10 AM - Noon before the Second Friday of each month.
The juror shows up that Tuesday at 1 pm. We usally get about 100 works. He/She spends the first hour checking out the work and the second placing the show. We hang the show Wensday and have an opening Friday. If your enrty gets in the show it may not be resubmitted, but if your entry does not get in the show it may be submitted another time.
Entry Fee: $5 per entry if member, $10 per entry if non-member. Limit: up to three entries
Membership term is July 1st- June 30th each year. It benifits the artist by lowering the entry fee and helps us at the art center make ends meet. The fee is $35 annually and there is a $15 initiation fee the first time.
Awards: $300, $200 and $100 for each show. The awards are given out at 7:30 the evening of the reception.
